Using the RV / Trailer Element

When to use this

Use the RV/Trailer Quick Add element for motorhomes, travel trailers, and similar towable or driveable recreational vehicles. Like Vehicle and Boat, it pre-fills the category and opens the same set of registration fields.

Documenting the interior separately

For a motorhome or larger trailer, it's often worth treating the interior as its own room in your inventory — with the RV/Trailer element documenting the vehicle itself, and a separate room documenting the furniture, appliances, and belongings inside it.
