By using Contents Proof (contentsproof.com), you agree to these terms. Contents Proof is operated by Aidas Subačius, based in Kaunas, Lithuania.
Contents Proof helps you build a documented record of what you own, for purposes like insurance claims, moving, estate planning, or disaster assistance applications. It is a documentation aid, not:
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page.
The Free plan includes generous but limited rooms, items, and photos per inventory, and a Simple PDF export format. Content beyond your plan's limits is saved but excluded from exports until upgraded.
Pro access is available either as a one-time unlock for a single document (7 days of full editing, document kept for 1 year) or a recurring subscription (unlimited documents, no expiry while active). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from the Plans page, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Payments are processed by PayPal. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but if something's genuinely broken or you were charged in error, email info@contentsproof.com and we'll sort it out.
You own everything you enter or upload into Contents Proof. We only use it to provide the service back to you (storing it, letting you export it) — we don't claim any rights to it, sell it, or use it for anything else. See our Privacy Policy for how it's stored and retained.
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter — Contents Proof doesn't verify item values, ownership, or condition claims.
Don't use Contents Proof to store or document anything illegal, to attempt to access another user's account or data, or to abuse the service (e.g. automated scraping, attempting to circumvent plan limits). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
We aim to keep Contents Proof available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and the service may change, be updated, or occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. We'll try to give notice of any material changes to these terms or to pricing.
Contents Proof is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, including reliance on an export for an insurance claim, move, or other purpose — the accuracy and acceptance of your documentation remains your responsibility and that of the receiving party (insurer, mover, agency, etc.).

We use cookies to understand how Contents Proof is used, so we can improve it. No ads, no selling data.
