What Happens If You Don't Renew Pro

Nothing gets deleted
If your subscription ends — whether you cancelled it, or a payment genuinely failed after every retry — none of your documents, rooms, items, or photos are deleted. Everything you built stays exactly as it is.
What actually changes
Your account reverts to Free plan limits. Any inventory beyond 3 rooms, 20 items, or 15 photos is still there, but only the first 3 rooms / 20 items / 15 photos are included in a new export until you upgrade again. Formats beyond the Simple PDF also stop being available.
If a payment fails, you don't lose access immediately
Both PayPal and Stripe automatically retry a failed subscription payment several times before giving up — your Pro access continues uninterrupted through every retry attempt. You'll get an email the moment a charge fails, and a second, different email only if every retry attempt has genuinely been exhausted and the subscription is cancelled.
Resubscribing
If your subscription lapses and you decide to come back, subscribing again picks up right where you left off — nothing needs to be rebuilt. If you still had paid time remaining when a new subscription starts (for example, switching from PayPal to Stripe), those remaining days are added on top of the new subscription automatically.
