Managing Your Subscription

Subscribing

Go to the Plans page from your account menu, choose Monthly or Yearly, select a payment method, and complete checkout. Your account is upgraded to Pro as soon as payment completes.

Switching between monthly and yearly

Use the toggle at the top of the Plans page to compare pricing before subscribing. Once subscribed, contact support if you'd like to switch billing intervals.

Cancelling

From the Plans page, click Cancel Subscription. You'll keep full Pro access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for — cancelling doesn't revoke access immediately.

Payment methods

Subscriptions can be paid via PayPal or card, depending on what's available at checkout. Your receipt and invoice for every payment are available under My Payments in your account menu.

What happens to your documents if you don't renew

Once your subscription lapses, your documents revert to Free-plan limits — nothing is deleted, but anything beyond the Free plan's limits will no longer be included in new exports until you resubscribe.
