Free vs. Pro: What's Included

Updated August 25, 2026

Free plan

Free includes up to 3 saved inventories, each with 3 rooms, 20 items, and 15 photos, plus the Simple PDF export format. No account is required to start building at all.

Pro — two ways to get it

There are two separate ways to unlock Pro:

  • One-time unlock — unlocks full Pro access for a single document for 7 days, letting you finish editing and export without any limits. The document itself is kept for a year afterward. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
  • Subscription — unlocks unlimited documents, all with full Pro access for as long as your subscription is active, billed monthly or yearly.

What Pro actually unlocks

  • Unlimited rooms, items, and photos per inventory
  • Every export format, not just Simple
  • Warranty and appraisal document attachments
  • Valuation and special-designation fields for high-value and collectible items

Which one should you choose?

If you only need to document one home or one specific situation right now, the one-time unlock is usually the simpler, cheaper choice. If you expect to maintain multiple inventories or keep updating one long-term, the subscription works out better.
