Renaming a room or item

Click directly into a room's name field or an item's name field on the canvas to edit it — changes save automatically as you move to the next field.

Reordering rooms and items

Drag a room's handle to reorder it relative to other rooms. Items within a room can be dragged the same way, both to reorder within the room and to move an item into a different room entirely — just drag it onto the target room.

Editing more details

Each item card shows the most common fields directly, but click "+ More details" on any item to open the full detail view — this includes fields like brand, model, purchase location, notes, and (for Pro documents) valuation and provenance fields for collectibles and high-value items.

Deleting rooms and items

Use the delete icon on a room or item card. Deleting a room removes everything inside it, so double-check before confirming — there's no undo.

Free plan limits

The Free plan allows 3 rooms, 20 items, and 15 photos per inventory. You can keep adding beyond these limits — nothing is blocked — but anything past the limit is excluded from your exports until you upgrade. The builder always shows you clearly what's included versus what would need Pro.
